Important information about the application

Nomination deadline: 17 September 2025
We can only accept nominations submitted through our online nomination form.
(As we are not an internal user of EASY Mobility Online, we cannot receive and accept nominations via EASY or any other platform!)

· IMPORTANT: The link to the nomination form is only for international coordinators of our partner institutions and may not be passed on to anyone else!

· If you wish to nominate more than one student, please fill in the form separately for each student. Due to capacity reasons, we will only accept a maximum of twice as many nominations as the number of places specified in our agreement.

After reviewing the nominations received, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

By the beginning of the application submission period we will send an e-mail to the nominated student(s) with the registration link and instructions on how to submit their application via Mobility-Online. Please advise your students to check the spam-folder as well for our e-mail and to contact us in case they have not received any e-mail from us by 26 September 2025!

Submission period for applications in Mobility-Online: 26 September to 10 October 2025
We will not be able to accept applications after the deadline or via e-mail or any other platform than Mobility-Online!

Application documents:

· Study Plan (list of planned courses at KUG, template provided for download in Mobility-Online)

· CV

· Motivation Letter

· Copy of Passport or official photo ID

· Recordings or Portfolio – depending on study programme (click on link below for details)

Additional information:

· Please be aware that for some courses like orchestra, projects, courses with individualised artistic instruction (aside from the major artistic subject) etc. we cannot guarantee participation beforehand. KUG aims to facilitate participation in the desired courses as much as possible, but for some courses the decision can only be made at the beginning of the semester.

· We recommend applicants for study programmes with a major artistic subject to contact their desired teacher(s) before the application.

· Please note that individual lessons in the Computer Music and Sound Art programme cannot be approved due to capacity reasons.
